GDG Dev Fest Jakarta


DevFest are community-organized events that provides the opportunity for developers to learn about Google Technologies and developer products. Here, developers will be able to interact with Google engineers and local developers who work on the products and ask them questions. The engineers will also talk about the latest and greatest from Google, with best practices on how to improve the quality of web and mobile apps.

Target audience for the DevFest Jakarta are app, web and mobile developers of all skill levels building applications using Google technologies.

The Google team is thrilled to announce our first annual g|Indonesia, happening September 26, 27 in Jakarta.

We're looking forward to engaging with this growing community of students, professors, business leaders, and entrepreneurs who are as passionate about technology as we are.

Jakarta GTUG

A Jakarta Google Technology User Groups (GTUGs) are user groups for Jakarta's people who are interested in Google's developer technology; everything from the Android and App Engine platforms, to product APIs like the YouTube API and the Google Calendar API, to initiatives like OpenSocial. Check out code.google.com for the full list of offerings.

A GTUG can take many forms — from just a few people getting together to watch our latest video, to large gatherings with demos and lectures, to events like code sprints and hackathons.

Since May 2012, Jakarta GTUG have been holding routine meet-ups every month to discuss all about Google Technology.
